shard string is at different version than catalog
Cause
A shard database was found to be at different version than the catalog database. Sharding requires catalog and all shard databases to be at the same version when running a sharding DDL statement.
Action
Make sure that versions of all shards and catalog match before executing a sharding DDL statement.
