A row version or user chain of table "string"."string" with (string) as its key is locked by another RAC instance.
Cause
An attempt was made from another RAC instance to lock a row version or a user chain that is being used by one RAC instance in the same distributed transaction.
Action
Do not use the same row version or user chain on multiple instances.
