Database national character set string is not supported by Oracle Instant Client Basic Light.
Cause
The specified Oracle Database national character set was not allowed for the operation or was invalid. Only UTF8 and AL16UTF16 are allowed as the national character set when using the Oracle Instant Client Basic Light package.
Action
Use the Oracle Instant Client Basic package instead of the Oracle Instant Client Basic Light package. Alternatively, use a database that has a national character set of UTF8 or AL16UTF16. The national character set is an alternative character set that enables you to store Unicode character data in a database that does not have a Unicode database character set.
