operation not allowed due to pending maintenance operations
Cause
The requested operation cannot be performed at this time because the Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) has detected a problem in its schema and needs to complete maintenance operations. This may occur when AWR detects any of the following:
- A registered DBID has not created all of the required table
partitions due to errors during registration, purge or import.
- An AWR index partition is marked as unusable.
- AWR automatic post-upgrade operations have not been performed.
Action
Retry the operation after the maintenance has been completed. The maintenance operations are run automatically in the background and can be executed on-demand using the PL/SQL API. Contact Oracle Support if the issue persist.
