Some index [sub]partitions could not be rebuilt
Cause
The first phase (partition DDL and index [sub]partition placement) completed successfully. During the second phase, some of the index [sub]partitions could not be rebuilt.
Action
Search the alert log for the string DBMS_INDEX_UTL. Check the error associated with each of the [sub]partitions that could not be rebuilt and take the appropriate corrective action.
