Cause
The Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) disk group was dismounted (with the ALTER DISKGROUP DISMOUNT FORCE statement), and therefore it could not be accessed.
Action
Mount the disk group using the ALTER DISKGROUP MOUNT statement to allow access to the disk group again.
