Cause
An attempt to perform a Remote Management Framework (RMF) destination switch failed because the candidate target could not find a link to one or more nodes in the topology.
Action
Ensure the candidate target has an RMF link to every node participating in the topology and retry the operation. If the current RMF destination node is no longer available or the missing links cannot be created at this moment, retry the operation with FORCE_SWITCH to bypass this check.
