Cause
A log writer (LGWR) process's SYNC destination became disconnected.
Action
See the alert log and the LGWR trace file for more information regarding the reason the LGWR SYNC destination became disconnected. Possible reasons include network problems, target database shutdown, and the SYNC process died.
