standby redo log could not be selected
Cause
The selection of standby redo log failed. Possible causes were:
- Insufficient standby redo log files.
- The standby redo log size did not match the source database online redo log size.
- The standby redo log block size did not match the source database online redo log block size.
Action
Examine the trace file for additional information and ensure that:
- The standby redo log size and block size match the online redo log size and block size at the source.
- There are sufficient standby redo log files for each thread at the source.
