Cause
The member specified in the request was not part of the Oracle Data Guard broker configuration.
Action
Check the member name specified in the request. Confirm that the member specified appears in the output of the DGMGRL SHOW CONFIGURATION command. Retry the request using one of the the member names shown in the SHOW CONFIGURATION command output.
