Cause
During execution of a command, a member in the Oracle Data Guard broker configuration failed to return a result.
Action
Check Oracle Data Guard broker log files for the details of the failure. Ensure network communications are working properly amongst the members of the configuration. Use the DGMGRL CLI VALIDATE NETWORK command to identify any communication issues in the configuration. Fix any identified network problems and retry the command.
