Database Error Messages

One or more standby pluggable databases either have apply running while it is set to APPLY-OFF or apply is not running while it is set to APPLY-ON.

Use the SHOW PLUGGABLE DATABASE command to determine the standby pluggable databases that have the inconsistency. Also check the Oracle alert log files to see more details.
