The former target pluggable database executed a failover immediate.
Cause
Failover immediate to the former target pluggable database resulted in this pluggable database needing to be re-created.
Action
Drop this pluggable database. Then, add a standby pluggable database using the ADD PLUGGABLE DATABASE statement to create a new standby pluggable database.
