Configuration not ready for Oracle Data Guard per Pluggable Database.
Cause
An Oracle Data Guard per Pluggable Database command is attempted before the configuration is ready for Oracle Data Guard per Pluggable Database. This could either be because DGPDB_INT account has expired or set to expire within next 1 day, or the Data Guard per Pluggable Database is not available.
Action
Use the DGMGRL command EDIT CONFIGURATION PREPARE DGPDB command before attempting this operation again.
