Incorrect form used to create NCLOB
Cause
The CLOB or NCLOB object is being created either with the wrong form of use, or an invalid form of use.
Action
Ensure that the form of use specified is FORM_CHAR for a CLOB or FORM_NCHAR for an NLCOB.
