Replay is disabled because the server end_replay call failed
Cause
Server DBMS_APP_CONT_PRVT.END_REPLAY call is failing during replay attempt.
Action
Make sure DB user has access to DBMS_APP_CONT and DBMS_APP_CONT_PRVT packages. Search for any server-side error in server alert log and AC trace files. Contact Oracle Support for further assistance.
