Cannot use enforced constraints on cache when dependent objects have a VPD or redaction policy enabled
Cause
An attempt is being made to use enforced constraints on cache when dependent objects of the cache have an Oracle Virtual Private Database (VPD) or redaction policy enabled.
Action
Either change the cache to use trusted constraints, or remove the aggregation table, or remove or disable the VPD or redaction policy.
