Cause

The NEXT_MESSAGE or NEXT_TRANSACTION option was specified after dequeuing all of the messages.

Action

Reset the dequeuing position using the FIRST_MESSAGE navigation option and then specify the NEXT_MESSAGE or NEXT_TRANSACTION option.
