lateral view with old style outer join (+) cannot participate on the left side of an ANSI outer join
Cause
When a query block used a lateral view syntax with old style outer join (+), the lateral view could not participate in another ANSI left outer join or ANSI right outer join as the left operand.
Action
Use ANSI style instead of lateral view for specifying outer joins.
