Cause
aioread/aiowrite system call returned error when an asynchronous read/write operation was submitted to the OS kernel.
Action
Check the error number provided by the OS kernel, and contact Oracle Support. The additional information indicates the starting block number of I/O. This is the number for which the request is submitted in the underlying database file.
