An error in Heterogeneous Services data coercion has occurred.
Cause
The Heterogeneous Services (HS) encountered an error in coercion handling. The HS can, if the agent vendor chooses, perform extra processing on SQL statements that contain implicit coercions or that contain coercion functions such as TO_CHAR, TO_NUMBER or TO_DATE. This functionality was controlled by coercion-related capabilities. HS logic reported this error when it encountered an error in one of these capability definitions.
