missing primary invocation for ancillary operator
Cause
An ancillary operator was used and either the label argument to the ancillary operator did not match the label argument of any primary invocation, or the primary invocation could not be found in the same query block as the ancillary operator.
Action
Ensure the ancillary operator and the primary invocation have matching labels and are present on the same query block.
