Oracle Text index maintenance has failed.
Cause
One or more background maintenance events could not proceed after multiple retries.
Action
Additional information about the failures is available in CTX_BACKGROUND_EVENTS catalog view. Once all the failures are addressed, the index or index partition can be reset by running CTX_DDL.SYNC_INDEX. Alternatively, the events will be retried automatically after current wait time passes. Additional information about waiting events is available in V$TEXT_WAITING_EVENTS catalog view.
