Cause
Updating XDBCONFIG.XML when either a value is specified for http2-port but not for http2-protocol (or the other way round), or http-port and http2-port are set to the same value is invalid.
Action
Specify values for both elements http2-port and http2-protocol, and set different values for http-port and http2-port.
