Cause
While defining a RANGE partition template with a concat dimension for the partition dimension, an attempt was made to define a range using the <LEAF: VALUE> format of a concat dimension value.
Action
Use the leaf value only. Instead of using VALUES LESS THAN <leaf: value>, specify VALUES LESS THAN value.
