Cause
The ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS command was issued, but the Pluggable Database was not flashed back or point-in-time recovered.
Action
Retry the ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE OPEN command without specifying RESETLOGS.
