Application Continuity is disabled due to switching from a non-Application Continuity service.
Cause
The client session environment could not be verified for a failover of the first statement in a series, since the session was started with a service that does not support Application Continuity.
Action
To use Application Continuity with ALTER SESSION SET CONTAINER SERVICE, configure all services with Application Continuity.
