Cannot use a view for graph element table element_table: The ORACLE RAC Two-Stage Rolling Update is not yet complete.
- element_table: The element table for which a view is used.
Cause
The use of views to define graph element tables is permitted only when all cluster instances have installed the RAC Two-Stage Rolling Update.
Action
The use of views to define graph element tables is allowed only after all instances have completed their RAC Two-Stage Rolling Updates and the command "ALTER SYSTEM ENABLE RAC TWO_STAGE ROLLING UPDATES ALL" has been executed.
