The user who created the current session does not have any labels assigned for the OLS policy.
Cause
No labels exist for the user who created the current session for the Oracle Label Security (OLS) policy specified in the SA_SESSION.SET_LABELS procedure.
Action
Ask your DBA to assign you OLS labels. Restart the session and then execute SA_SESSION.SET LABELS procedure.
