Cause
An attempt was made to use the default value, in case of a conversion failure, by specifying the DEFAULT argument ON CONVERSION ERROR statement to a conversion operator. This feature is not allowed for current operation.
Action
Remove DEFAULT argument ON CONVERSION ERROR from the conversion operator and try again.
