Database incarnation went from string to string. Recovery Appliance repair is required.
Cause
A 'startup resetlogs' command was executed on the Recovery Appliance. This caused old metadata to be used to refer to the storage locations. Before the Recovery Appliance can be started, a repair operation must be run to synchronize its metadata with its storage.
Action
Execute DBMS_RA.STARTUP_RECOVERY_APPLIANCE. If any incidents are logged during the subsequent repair, they will need to be corrected. Once they have been corrected, repeat the execution of DBMS_RA.STARTUP_RECOVERY_APPLIANCE.
