Cause
The sensitive type specified using the DBMS_TSDP_MANAGE.ADD_SENSITIVE_TYPE PL/SQL procedure already existed in the database.
Action
Specify a different name for the sensitive type in the DBMS_TSDP_MANAGE.ADD_SENSITIVE_TYPE PL/SQL procedure and retry the operation.
