Cause
The Oracle Database Real Application Security (RAS or XS) application role name was not specified with the middle-tier application or procedure that tried to enable or disable it.
Action
Supply a valid application role name with the middle-tier application or procedure to enable or disable it. RAS application roles can be queried from the DBA_XS_ROLES and DBA_XS_DYNAMIC_ROLES data dictionary views.
