Cause
There was already an Oracle Real Application Security (RAS) user or role with that name.
Action
Specify a different user or role name. Review existing RAS users and roles by querying DBA_XS_USERS, DBA_XS_ROLES, and DBA_XS_DYNAMIC_ROLES.
