Cause
The role being altered to IDENTIFIED GLOBALLY had unified audit policy enabled on users to whom it was directly granted. Audit configuration using global role is not supported.
Action
Use the NOAUDIT POLICY command to disable the unified audit policy on users to whom this role is directly granted.
