Cause
Space usage by unified audit files in the current container has exceeded the value of MAX_AUDIT_STORAGE for the container.
Action
Create some space by deleting the old audit records using DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT.CLEAN_AUDIT_TRAIL or open the container in the read/write mode and execute DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT.LOAD_UNIFIED_AUDIT_FILES.
