Database Error Messages

A keystore could not be created. A combination of the following conditions prevented the operation:

1. The pluggable database (PDB) was not open in read/write mode. Note that the PDB must be open in read/write mode for the KEYSTORE_MODE configuration of the PDB to be automatically changed to isolated mode during the ADMINISTER KEY MANAGEMENT CREATE KEYSTORE command.
2. The KEYSTORE_MODE configuration of the PDB was in united mode (rather than isolated mode).

Open the PDB in read/write mode or configure the PDB to be in isolated mode, and then retry the ADMINISTER KEY MANAGEMENT CREATE KEYSTORE command.
