The SQL Firewall operation is not allowed on user user_name.
- user_name: The specified user name.
Cause
SQL Firewall cannot be used on certain users such as SYS. For the complete list of the restricted users, refer to Oracle Database documentation.
Action
Choose a different user and retry the operation.
