Cause
The combination of the input USERNAME, SQL_SIGNATURE, CURRENT_USER, and TOP_LEVEL does not match any record in the SQL Firewall violation log (or capture log).
Action
Choose a combination of USERNAME, SQL_SIGNATURE, CURRENT_USER, and TOP_LEVEL that matches at least one record in the violation log (or capture log).
