Cannot reduce the maximum number of INMEMORY-enabled models.
Cause
Too many models are set INMEMORY currently. The maximum number of inmemory models cannot be decreased below the number of models currently INMEMORY.
Action
Move some models out of memory before reducing the maximum number of INMEMORY-enabled models.
