CALIBRATE_IO ran into errors while spawning the calibration worker processes.
Cause
The CALIBRATE_IO controller process is trying to spawn additional calibration worker processes. There is a maximum limit of 1024 calibration worker processes.
Action
Review the calibration controller process trace file to confirm that the maximum limit of calibration worker processes is being achieved. Reducing the value of the NUM_DISKS argument to the CALIBRATE_IO procedure should help limit the number of calibration worker processes.
