Cannot string validation directive 'string': The ORACLE RAC Two-Stage Rolling Update 37684877 is not yet enabled
Cause
A Validation directive cannot be created/altered/dropped until all instances of the cluster have installed the RAC Two-Stage Rolling Update 37684877.
Action
Validation directives can be created/altered/dropped after all instances have completed their RAC Two-Stage Rolling Update 37684877 and ALTER SYSTEM ENABLE RAC TWO_STAGE ROLLING UPDATES has been executed.
