Cause
An attempt is being made to issue an Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) scrubbing operation on an Oracle ASM instance where another scrubbing operation is still running.
Action
Wait for the running operation to finish and try again. Or, stop the running operation with ALTER DISKGROUP DG SCRUB STOP. Or, issue a new Oracle ASM scrubbing operation for a different disk group on another Oracle ASM instance.
