Cause
A Hardware Assisted Resilient Data (HARD) check error was encountered by the Oracle ASM Rebalance (ARB) process during I/O operations because of the extent sets in uninitialized or abandoned files.
Action
Check the reported file. If it is no longer in use, remove the file. If it is uninitialized or being initialized, wait until the file is fully initialized. Otherwise, use DBVerify to check the integrity of the file.
