Cause
The client in Oracle Flex Automatic Storage Management (ASM) mode tried to reconnect to an Oracle ASM instance that did not support the Flex ASM mode.
Action
Check that the remote mode configured on the Oracle ASM instance matches the one in the client instance. Oracle Flex ASM must be enabled in the Oracle ASM cluster. Check the Oracle Flex ASM status using the ASMCMD SHOWCLUSTER command.
