• Retry the command by using a lower target number of copies.
• If preparing a mirror split, reduce the file's current number of copies and retry the command,
• If the sum of the file's current number of copies, plus the additional number of copies requested by the command does not exceed the number of mirror copies allowed, then wait for the BALANCE phase of the rebalance operation to complete. Finally, retry the command. Refer to the error message for the number of mirror copies allowed.
