Application common user or role name must not start with prefix common_user_prefix.
- common_user_prefix: The value of COMMON_USER_PREFIX parameter set in CDB$ROOT or prefix reserved for CDB common users ({cC}##).
Cause
An attempt is being made to create an application common user or role with a prefix as specified in the COMMON_USER_PREFIX parameter set in CDB$ROOT or with a prefix that is reserved for multitenant container database (CDB) common users ({cC}##).
Action
Specify a valid application common user or role name with a prefix as specified in the COMMON_USER_PREFIX parameter set in application root. If COMMON_USER_PREFIX is not set in application root, do not specify a prefix that matches with COMMON_USER_PREFIX parameter set in CDB$ROOT or that matches with the prefix reserved for CDB common users ({cC}##).
