Communication with the primary database failed.
Cause
True Cache processes lost connection with the primary database.
Action
Check if the primary database is still alive. Check V$TRUE_CACHE, V$DATAGUARD_STATUS and the alert log for any errors or warnings regarding the disconnection. Restart True Cache if the error persists.
