There was an error when executing a remote procedure call (op: string-string-string) at primary server string.
Cause
The primary server got an error retrieving the data or metadata required by True Cache to boot.
Action
Verify that the primary server is on the same version as the True Cache and that it is configured as a multitenant database with ARCHIVELOG database parameter enabled. If that is all correctly configured, check the alert log file of the primary server for more descriptive messages.
