Some static parameters (string) differed from the value in the primary database. These parameters have been fixed and the database will be shut down.
Cause
Some static system parameters had a value that was inconsistent with the value at the primary database.
Action
Restart Oracle True Cache using the most recent version of the server parameters file (SPFILE) that has been internally modified so that these inconsistent parameters match.
